Shipping Information
All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours, most orders are processed the same day as the order. But some orders may take extra time. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or on Canadian Statutory Holidays, except by prior arrangement.

We do our best to honor every order received, but if out of stock, our team will contact you by email. While waiting to receive a response from you, your order will be put on hold.

We process your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been completed, it will no longer be possible to cancel or modify it.

Orders are shipped on monday through friday. We use UPS, FEDEX or USPS depending on the weight of the order. You will receive a tracking code once your order has been shipped so you can follow your order through to delivery.

USA Standard shipping
Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Canada Standard shipping
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $123 USD (before applicable taxes).
Standard shipping for orders below $123 is a flat rate of $13.95 USD.
Standard shipping is free on wigs, clothes, shoes, bikini, handbag, jewelry, handmade abstract oil painting.
